A 15×3 metre infinity pool set to capture panoramic valley views—dramatic at sunset, refreshing at midday, and quietly cinematic at dawn. A thermal cover helps retain warmth for comfortable swimming across longer seasons.

Outdoor Wellness & Gym (New for 2026)
An outdoor sauna and a glass-fronted gym pavilion next to the tennis court—built for real workouts in a beautiful setting. Equipment includes a treadmill up to 22 km/h, a Technogym Bench for strength training, and an app-connected oak water rower.
Full Climate Control
Both the Main Villa and the Guest Pavilion are fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort and restful sleep throughout the warmer months and beyond.
Outdoor Living & Fire
From the pergola kitchen with gaucho grill and BBQ to terraces, shaded seating, and fire-lit evenings, the estate offers multiple “outdoor rooms” for different moods and times of day.
Service
Daily housekeeping is included (6 days/week, 6–8 hours/day), with pool service and garden care. Home cooking (by our house cook/housekeeper) and a private chef are available on request.
