THE MAIN RESIDENCE
Nestled at 600 metres above sea level with commanding south-facing views over Todi and the southern Tiber Valley, the main house is defined by: panoramic elevation with manicured lawn, accommodation for up to 10 guests, east-facing portico with authentic gaucho grill, two characterful fireplaces, a blend of Mediterranean and South American architectural influences.

The rooms and suites contained within these ancient farmhouse walls are gently exposed to the surrounding nature and breath of it. A mix of contemporary design coupled with country style, they are comfortable and cozy. Warm in winter and cool during the summer, each has its own peculiar charm.

Poggio Posillipo Todi is a beautiful ancient farmhouse with several beautiful outdoor spaces. It is nested on a 600-meter alp overlooking Todi and, to the south east, admiring the majestic Gran Sasso d’Italia, the elevation of 2,912 meters, the highest mountain in the Apennines.
