Important info

  • Check in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m; check out before 10:00 a.m

  • Swimming pool opened from May 20th to September 30th

  • Safety note: please note that the pool is 1.5 meters deep and children must be supervised at all times, as there is no lifeguard on site

  • Pets are allowed on request

  • On request the owners can provide a baby cot and high chair for you

Additional services

Cancellation and Reservation Policy

Check -in days on Saturday. Reservations (from Saturday to Saturdays) considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks (42 days)  before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance. The price quoted includes the whole property VAT, maid (3 times per week), chef dinner (once a week) and gardening service with pool cleaning (Sunday excluded), WiFi, AC. The rate includes governmental taxes, excluding Tourist Tax.

Security Deposit

Poggio Posilippo asks for a deposit. 1,500 Euros. You will receive a payment request for this 2 weeks before the start. If you leave the house behind and no damage has been found, Poggio Posillipo will refund the deposit within 14
days after departure from the house. 

The security deposit is refundable and is due when confirming 42 days.

Heating Policy

Heating in the winter (300 euro per week)
