Useful Travel Information

• The island of Capri is 22 nautical miles off the coast of Naples

• It takes 45 minutes to reach Capri via fast ferry from Molo Beverello

• It takes 70 minutes by slow ferry from Calata di Massa

• Upon disembarking, contact the staff from the local baggage transport service (Carovana) to carry your luggage to the villa, provide them with the address (Capri is a pedestrian area characterized by uphill and downhill small roads)

• The Carovana accepts only cash: charge is per luggage, part is paid at the harbor, the balance upon delivering to the Villa. It takes 45 minutes to 1 hour

• From the harbor to the Piazzetta: by Funicular or by taxi

• Once you arrive to the Piazzetta, walk to the Villa, using google maps, the Villa is 600 meters away (650 yards). Take via Longano route, the uphill is smoother

• The Carovana headquarter is close by to the Piazzetta next to the taxi and bus stop; the day before leaving, stop by to arrange the pick-up of your luggage and provide them with the schedule of your return ferry
